If you're looking for a fast and lightweight form builder plugin that fulfills all your business needs without breaking the bank then this Piotnet Forms review is going to help you find the right product you have been looking for a long time.

I purchased Piotnet Forms because back then I didn't have any other form builder plugins in my toolbox, and let me make sure that I never purchase something just because of the bandwagon.

I always invest an extensive amount of time to research and learn about the product before making my decision to purchase that.

So the same thing I have done for the Piotnet Forms as well, which you might already know if you have read my Form Builder Comparison Post.

I really like Fluent Forms as it's one of the best form builders in the market but somehow if you missed their earlier lifetime deal when it was much affordable and the current pricing seems expensive to you then Piotnet Forms can be the lifesaver and best alternative in this scenario.

I wish if they consider developing a deep integration with Oxygen so that we can build the form within the Oxygen Builder editor window just like the Power Form that OxyPowerPack offers then Piotnet Forms can be the first consideration for every Oxygen users.

However, in this article, I am going to share all the reasons for choosing Piotnet Forms without being BIAS at all, also you will find all the reasons why you should and shouldn't purchase this form builder.

I always try to measure each product I plan to purchase on a few pre-defined criteria set by myself, so you are going to see how Piotnet Forms performs on each of those criteria.

So without further talking let's begin...

Piotnet Forms Introduction

Piotnet Forms Review: Affordable & Advanced Form Builder | Toolonomy
The Developers Team behind The Piotnet Forms

Piotnet Forms is developed and maintained by Piotnet and leads by Lương Hữu Phước (Louis Hufer is his English name) which belongs to Gama Tai An Joint Stock Company from Vietnam.

It is a very new product that launched just in September 2020 which means it's only a 1-month-old baby at the time when I am writing this review.

Although it's a new product still they already have a successful product called PAFE which is a dedicated add-on for Elementor Page Builder, and it's quite popular among Elementor users.

To be honest, my main reason to trust Piotnet Forms is the PAFE, which was launched in November 2018 and has been downloaded by more than 70k users and active on more than 10k websites by the time I am writing this review.

Also, it has been promoted by one of the most reliable YouTube Channels WPTuts in the WordPress arena.

So after analyzing all this information about Piotnet Forms I believe it has the potential to grow and become big in the years to come if the developers put their interest and efforts into innovating and updating the product.

Piotnet Forms Integrations

Nowadays before using any software-related product people always look for the list of integrations the product offers to make other products play well with it to make their lives a little easier.

The Piotnet Forms would not leave you dissatisfied also in this area as they have well integrations with some very useful and powerful products on the WordPress and marketing space which you can find in the below section.

Payment Gateway Integrations

The following payment gateways have tight integrations with Piotnet Forms.

  • PayPal
  • Stripe

WordPress Plugins Integrations

The following WordPress Plugins have nice integrations with Piotnet Forms.

Piotnet Forms Ease of Use

Ease of Use is totally a subjective topic in my opinion because the same tool could be easier to use for me but it could be complicated for others and vice versa.

Just like I am a Android user so it's more familiar for me as I have been using it for multiple years and IOS seems complicated to me just because I don't have any experience using it and in that sense it could be opposite for you.

However if you ask me about Piotnet forms then I would say it looks very easy and familiar for me due to its UI which is completely taken from the most popular page builder Elementor.

Being a Pro Elementor user I know how to achieve certain things within the tool, therefore, I also know how to use Piotnet Forms because its interface is not entirely new to me.

But here I would like to give my feedback based on the average users point of view. Piotnet form builder is pretty easy and straight forward to use, also it could take only a few minutes (or hours) to understand the ins and outs properly.

However it needs some more polishing to become more easier to use and hopefully the developers would improve the product with the time.

Value against the pricing of Piotnet Forms

Currently by the time I am writing this review the pricing point of Piotnet Forms is just mind-boggling and you couldn't find any similar product in this space near this pricing point.

But there is no guarantee about the future pricing as being a new product it's giving an opportunity to the early adopters to grab it almost at 10 times lower price as compared to industry-leading Fluent Forms which is also helping them to expand their market share rapidly.

They have a free version of the product on the WordPress repository which is nice but has very limited entry-level features.

The pricing for a single site license is $25 per year which is not bad, pricing for an Unlimited site license is $50 per year which is also a great deal.

But the main thing that grabbed my attention is their Lifetime Deal which is just $80 bucks for unlimited sites with lifetime updates and support.

It's totally a no-brainer if you ask my opinion, however, the main reason being offering this lifetime deal is just to attract a few more eyeballs and encourage the early adopters to grab the product as they can become a lifelong promoter if they like the product (just like me).

Here I also have one more good news for you, use the discount coupon "SyncWin" offered by the Piotnet team exclusively for our readers to get an additional 10% discount on Piotnet Forms.

Customer Support of Piotnet Forms

To be very honest during testing Piotnet Forms for a few days now I never got the chance to raise a support request through email, so I can't say anything about the email support efficiency.

I always ping them through their Facebook messenger and most of the time they respond within a few minutes which makes me feel really comfortable and I think it's a good sign that they care about their customers.

But this is not going to be possible when the customer base grows and at that time I wouldn't mind raising a ticket for the support purpose. I would also suggest you always raise a support ticket following the proper way which is through email to get the systematic resolution.

Also if you want a dedicated place for more in-depth discussion around Piotnet Forms then feel free to join the Official Piotnet Forms Facebook Group.

Unique Features of Piotnet Forms

I love it when some product does something different from the competition and offers some unusual unique features. Piotnet also offers some powerful unique features which have the potential to blow your mind 😉

Here are some unique features I could find;

Repeater Fields Multi-Level

It allows users to add multiple additional fields, which is very useful when users have the choice to fill multiple fields while giving information about several things so in that case, they can just add fields their own.

Woocommerce Integration

Piotnet Forms allows you to create a completely customizable Woocommerce checkout form using the form editor, also you can display dynamic pricing value to that page.

Booking Appointment

Although this is not going to be full-fledged booking tools like Calendly or Amelia still it has some very useful features if you want to receive bookings for your services or meeting.

Register, Login, Edit Profile

You can use Piotnet to build a custom registration and login form for your users, it is very helpful if you don't like the default registration and login forms.

Form Abandonment

You can see the details of the people who attempted to fill up the form but didn't submit it, it can be useful to understand if you should improve your front end form by asking for less possible information.

Signature Field

Man! I love this feature, when you are creating a proposal or contract then you can ask for a few pieces of information along with the signature which could protect you from any legal disputes in the future.

Preview Submission

This feature allows users to see the submitted information that they have submitted through the form.

Image Select Field

This feature allows us to add visual images to the form to select from so that people can select an option from the multiple-image options after looking at the images which make the form more interactive by improving the user experience.

Distance Calculation

This feature automatically calculates the distance from point A to point B.

It's helpful if you want to create a form for something like a car rental business, so the customers can easily get the live cost quotation to book the car for a particular distance.

PROS - Why should you purchase Piotnet Forms?

You could find all the PROS of Piotnet Forms based on my experience in the below;

Versatile Form Builder

A versatile form builder plugin that allows you to build almost any kind of form for your website that you can imagine.

Lightweight plugin

Much lightweight and fast as compared to other form builders, according to its official website a standard form only loads 11KB CSS and JS combined

Value for money

The very affordable pricing structure and especially the Lifetime deal makes this deal unmatchable.

Multiple unique features

Full featured-packed form builder along with some unique features that are not available in the most popular form builder plugins.

Powerful integration options

Integration with powerful 3rd party products which makes it communicate well with them to make our lives easier.

Well organized document

Documentation is very well organized and you can find everything in one place if you're stuck somewhere while working with Piotnet.

Helpful customer support

Customer Support is delightful as the developers are very friendly and supportive towards their customers, in simple words "They Care!".

CONS - Why shouldn't you purchase Piotnet Forms?

Although the list of CONS is larger than the list of PROS still I would say that the product is in its initial stage and the developers are constantly iterating it to make it what it should be.

Hopefully, this list of CONS will shrink with every next version of the product updates. So if you miss the opportunity to invest in this product due to these missing features then you would surely regret in the future, I promise you that.

Unnecessarily Required Two Plugin

To use the pro version you also require to install the free one which I hate about it and I think the developers should merge the free one into the pro for the paid users. In simple words "I want only one plugin to install".

Copied User Interface

UI is almost copied from Elementor so the developers should consider investing in a unique layout that is not identical to the other product.

Form should directly open the editor

Adding and publishing a new form doesn't open the form editor interface, so you have to go back to the forms and click the "Edit with Piotnet" link which is annoying to me.

Search Bar in Property Panel is missing

There is no search form in the properties panel to quickly search the element that I would like to use while building the form though this is not a big deal as the elements library is not that large at this moment.

Google Analytics integration required

Google Analytics integration is missing which is a crucial feature in my opinion being a certified digital marketer.

Changelog should be more descriptive

The changelog should contain more descriptive details about the updates and fixes about the plugin.

Conditional Logic is complicated to use

The Conditional logic is not easy to use especially for the non-techies at this moment as there is no straight forward way to add a condition to a field so you need to go through a manual process of adding condition

Better License Management system needed

There is no license and site management option on my account page on their website which I don't like.

Documentation is unclear & not in-depth

Although the documentation is well organized yet they seem incomplete and unclear about the exact steps that need to be taken in order to achieve something with the form builder.

Oxygen Builder deep integration needed

Being an Oxygen Builder user I would like to see deep integration between Piotnet and Oxygen though this is not an actual CON for the non Oxygen users.

Dark mode is required

Last but not least there is no dark mode available for the form editor window and I am kind of habituated to using dark mode for almost everything.

It took me the whole Sunday to write this review as I couldn't even hold myself for any moment to write about it because I feel so passionate about Piotnet Forms just like I'm for the Oxygen Builder.

In this review article, I have tried my best to cover every aspect of Piotnet Forms starting from introduction, to unique features and then PROS and CONS without being BIAS.

Even though I like the product a lot still it's my responsibility to reveal everything about the product to keep things very clear for the people who read my stuff and trust me.

However, if you really like my review and want to say thanks for this, then there is no better way to thank me than purchasing the product using my affiliate link as it will encourage me to bring more valuable content like this.

In return for your thanks, I've also brought an additional exclusive discount on top of its already great pricing, just use the "SyncWin" discount code at the time of purchase and you will get a 10% discount which has been offered by the developers exclusively for our readers.

Just to make things clear, even if you use the coupon code I provided and don't purchase from my affiliate link then I won't get any commission at all.

Piotnet Forms Product Page:

If you really like this article then make your friends and community aware of this product by sharing it with them so that they also don't miss this awesome deal.

Also, I would love to hear your feedback about my review and this product in the comment section, please keep in mind it should be value-adding and constructive.

Really awesome quality for your first review, Mohammed! Very thorough and lots of great info. Thank you!

Great Review.

Have you approached to see if most of the CONS are in their to-do/roadmap for the near future?

To me, when I used the trial, the biggest turn off was the poor documentation and samples. I am still debating whether to go for it or no. In the past I have paid nice dollars for promising LTDs and they got stuck at that, promising and no more. And then “the cheap became expensive” if you know what I mean.

If I go for it, I will use your discount code and aff link. No problem.

Great!. Thanks for an elaborate reply.

My biggest hurdle with it is the documentation; when I use it, I get the feeling that I have to keep on trying to guess on how to do things, due to a lack of documentation and samples/how-to’s on each feature. That not only adds stress, but disencourages me to trry new things, as I feel lost beforehand.

If they improved that, it would gain 200% its value to me.

Hi thank you for this nice and complete review. I'm an Oxygen user too and I've just bought Meta Box Ltd. Do you know if they can work hand in hand like ACF seems to do?

I'm currently working with Piotnet. So far, I've been able to create a contact form pretty easily.

The search functionality is still missing (and they don't have it planned any time soon), and the documentation is severely lacking.

I'd love to know how their webhooks, API calls, and AJAX works, as so far, I'm not able to figure out how to use the return message (i.e. if successful).

I've seen their documentation on webhooks, and I know exactly how API calls should work.

But in this instance, I find it to be severely lacking. All they provide is way to create the form with the values you need, and a URL to enter. However, each API is different, and you're better of building a form from scratch, considering the format in which the data is submitted.

That, and they don't give any direction in how to use the webhook feature, and I've asked them directly.

Honestly, I think the "support" is the major turn-off for this plugin. It is shocking.

Hi Quin,

This is Henry from Piotnet.
I would like to answer your question:

The webhook feature right now in Piotnet Forms is Outgoing webhook, which the requested format is fixed by Piotnet Forms.

The webhook which you mentioned is Incoming webhook, which Piotnet Forms haven’t support.

This is our bad since we did’t provide clear information, very sorry for the inconvenience.

We will publish correction post and revise our document, if possible maybe we will research on developing Incoming webhook.

Thank you so much for your valuable feedback.
